Position Summary

As functional leader you will be responsible for the design and implementation of Total Rewards Policies and strategies throughout Nestlé Hungária aligned with Corporate HR Guidance.

A day in the life of...
  • You will design and implement a set of C&B plans for short and long term and make sure C&B strategy and structure is understandable for all employees.
  • Develop HR practice and processes, which are align with the total HR strategy
  • Constantly search for other benefit opportunities within the frame of given budget.
  • Make variable compensation strategy with considering budget aspects.
  • As internal expert seek opportunities and work closely with business leaders to develop variable C&B design in vital parts of our business
  • Manage annual bonus process ensuring accurate bonus calculation
  • Ensure employees have clear objectives, feedback on process & pay performance.
  • Share professional experience with the HR team members, be a coach for them concerning C&B and labour law topics.
  • Support line managers in salary and compensation elements review, workforce planning, personal cost control any other C&B related issue.
What will make you successful
  • Hands-on experience in SuccessFactors, SAP HR & Payroll system.
  • Experience with KPIs (Creation and use of metrics)
  • One - two year experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Confident knowledge of Hungarian employment law & labor regulations
  • Experience in Employee Cost Management / Budgeting regulations
  • Advanced Use of Microsoft Excel
  • Analytical skills, accurate and proactive personality
  • Performing well both independently and in team, able to develop strong relationships
  • Good problem solving, presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in mobility is an advantage
