Position Summary

The Trade Asset Operations Specialist performs Trade Asset related processes and activities to maximize the sales and profits from the trade assets installed in the market.

A day in the life of...

Ensure that Trade Asset transactions (e.g. installations, removals, refurbishment) are recorded on time, completely and correctly in the corresponding IT systems.
Responsible for data consolidation and report creation.
Adapt information material on installed or planned trade assets (e.g. training materials, service bulletins) to local needs (e.g. translation) to assure a proper communication to the stakeholders.
Ensures the materials thus adapted are published on the correct platforms to ensure that they are readily reached by all the internal and external stakeholders that need to access them to correctly instal, maintain, remove, refurbish, etc the trade assets.
When applicable , ensures work order creation for Technical Service activities like Installation, De-Installation, Preventive Maintenance, Refurbishment, Scrapping, Repair, etc.
Proposes improvements to the Trade Asset Operations Manager and works on the implementation of given priorities.
May be responsible for specific processes like I&R Proposals, Warranty Claim Management, Issue Management, etc.
