Position Summary
Planning and execution of large and small organized channels’ in store communication strategy and action plan, in terms of in-shop activation and tailor-made promotions in order to continuously improve brands’ performance in the channels and accelerate E-commerce. Actively participate in ICP process and CatDev project management.
A day in the life of...
Main responsibility is the in-shop activation of the brand and categories in large and small organized channels: support the category development, plan and execute the brand and channel-based activity plan, in line with the portfolio strategy.
Managing trade promotions for large-, small organized and independent channels (except. NIM promotions)
- Analyze and propose promotional opportunities /risks of above channels during planning periods (ICP, MBS) in line with defined Business Objectives.
- Propose and execute tailor made promotional Activity Plan with relevant Budget requirement (PFME 2).
- Evaluate promotions in order to measure effectiveness (pre and post-evaluations).
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis of trade promotions in case of need
- Monitoring of competitor activities, promotions
- Leaflet monitoring, DaS data, Nielsen, Retail Zoom reports analyses
- Field sales activities planning and execution, communication and coordination with sales representatives, preparation of leaflet creatives, reporting.
Managing trade marketing tools / POS materials for large-, small organized and independent channels
- Analyze and propose POS tools during planning periods (ICP, MBS) to support trade plans and improve ROI.
- Propose and execute POS Activity Plan with relevant Budget requirement (PFME 2).
- Develop creative materials in line with brand and client requirements, align them with marketing and sales before implementation.
Assortment and planogram management of large-, small organized and independent channels
- Management and monitoring of the channel /customer product assortment (incl. competitors)
Long term development projects
- Actively participate in ICP process management, Cat.Dev project management and run category development projects (Picture of Success) with the lead of CM manager
Managing trade marketing tools of seasonal projects
- Analyze and propose POS tools during planning periods (ICP, MBS) to support seasonal trade
- Develop creative materials in line with brand and client requirements, align them with marketing and sales before implementation for relevant channels.
Budget management of activities of large-, small organized and independent
- Accurate PR, PO and invoice handling and follow up
Support NIM trade cooperation
- Active cooperation with other relevant departments (sales, marketing, CICS, ..) in order to contribute to the corporate and business results
