I2L Project Management Data Analyst

Location: Budapest
Qualifications: University/College Degree 
Experience: 1-3 years relevant experience and/or specific training and qualifications in Data Management
Language: Fluent in English Oral and Written

Position Summary

 

Responsible for the creation, development and timely execution of reports and data extraction to support the I2L Management team & I2L function. To provide analysis and suggest continuous improvement to tools, process and reports. Manages the reporting requirements of the function according to the annual calendar aligned to key meetings (CCouncil, Committee, MAR)  Ensures that projects have the correct data in place for business approvals and reviews. Links tasks  with other functions (PP,RSA, Procurement) to facilitate alignment of reported data (ie: resource management) Maintains a thorough working knowledge of the I2L tool and links to stakeholders for role request approval and some adhoc duties and keeps up to date on system changes.

A day in the life of...

 

  • Developing and providing the reports (Workload Estimation,MAR, Data completenes, Deliverables, … list non exhaustive), analyzing the data / result of the reports.            
  • Identifying any flaws on the reports and implement the necessary actions (ex. Tools improvement, continuous improvement, changes on how to explore the data) to ensure the quality and relevance of information. To respond to ad hoc requests on reports            
  • With guidance, leverage data to build scenario's to be able to create model building (ex, resource management, OMP summary)            
  • Ensuring appropriate documentation is in place prior to I2L gate meetings            
  • Preparing reports, agenda (and the collection) for C-Council and Industrialization Committee and sending appropriate communications            
  • Exectution of all C-Council and Committee decision and outputs in systems (I2L & Teamrooms) and communication to stakeholder community regarding those decsions            
  • Provides a link to all regional I2L Champions and is responsible to maintain integrity of I2L auto staffing, new role request and other I2L requirements as defined            
  • Provide coordination for Project admin in the I2L team to collect the most updated information required for the reports according to the annual calendar. Creation of KPI Presentation        
  • Organisation support to team events as requested by Manager (Team meetings etc)            
  • Provide dedicated support to nominated PMs for project administration (ie code creation)            
  • Available for limited travel to attend meetings and reviews (circ 5%)            
  • Maintains adequate training required for systems and support (I2L)

  • Project Management experience is an asset
  • Is fluent in Microsoft Excel including creation and use of macros 
  • Has a provend track record in data management
  • Has strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Abilty to work under pressure and can maintain a calm perspective
  • Petfood and petcare knowledge is an asset
  • Can maintain high degree of confidentiality
  • Effective coordination of cross-functional resources
