Position Summary
To lead the strategy and execution of NESCAFE mixes in Hungary, lead CEE Mixes Cluster team, together with Zone EMENA and BEO, define and execute the development strategy in Hungary. Responsible for the Marketing strategy and execution on the key segment (˜5 000 mln HUF turnover,28% of the portfolio).
A day in the life of...
Responsbile for the marketing startegy and performance of NESCAFE Mixes in Hungary, under the lead of BEO Coffee, drive the development and collaboration of CEE Mixes team, define the key startegies for the Mixes business development in Hungary and across CEE:
- Together with NESCAFE PSC team build and consolidate the understanding of the total Soluble coffee market in Hungary, lead and consolidate the consumer insights, key market trends and knowledge of the competition in the Soluble segment and Total coffee together the local, CEE and Nescafe EMENA CMI teams
- With the support of BEO, define the startegy for the long, mid and short term development of NESCAFE Mixes, define ICP annual plan and assure the execution with CDT and Sales teams
- Budget reposibility, follow up and efficiency evaluation (pre/post PFME analysis), consolidate the holistic view on the key performance indicators, track and evaluate the Marketing activities, ROI
- Build the right Image for NESCAFE 3in1 and NESCAFE Cappucino and communication startegy across all touchpoints and the right Media & Digital Ecosysteme startegy and Brand investment startegy, execute and continously monior the performance of the Brand investments
- Privide the right brand content for all related touchpoints, adapt the Globally developmed brand assets
- Recommend the right Portfolio mix in Mixes category, prepare and execure I/R pipeline in accoundance with the market needs and consumer opportunities, operate using I2L systeme
- CSV strategy implementation for Mixes together with the support of CSV Corporate Manager and in line with the Zone and Group CSV commitements
- Provide inputs to CDT and Sales teams for the customer and channel staregy for NESCAFE Mixes portfolio across all trade channels including E Business
- Drive CEE Cluster team of Mixes across CEE, together with BEO Hungary, define the opportunities for Mixes development and strategy cross CEE countries
- Contrbute to Mixes Zone team, proactively collaborate and repersent CEE region for in Mixes category
