Position Summary
In close collaboration with HR Business Partner manage the People Agenda as recruitment, onboarding, compensation, performance, training & development, cost control and HR administration. Coordination/co-execution of main HR cycles as Performance evaluation, Talent review, Succession Planning and Rewards. Employee SPOC leading to employee self-service; projects & ad hoc HR activities execution.
A day in the life of...
- Rewards: Communication and support of local rewards programs; ad hoc compensation/bonus change management.
- HR Administration: Ensure and preform relevant data changes in SAP/Success Factors as internal moves, salary increases etc. Deliver other HR administration tasks according to internal or external requirements. Collaborate with HR Services, CoC and CoS.
- Performance, Training, Development & Talent Management: Support HRBP in Performance and Talent Management Cycle, mainly through coordination, co-leading talent review/calibration to ensure high performance is rewarded and developed in line with guidelines. Ensure People Managers use tools effectively to assist individual and team performance, development and/or improvement at all levels.
- Talent Acquisition: Involvement in recruitment process - ensure the profile of candidate is in line with the needs, take part in interview only if this is justified, support recruiter in preparing the conditions (for CZ&SK role may be also involved directly with full recruitment process)
- Employee Engagement: Establish and maintain effective win – win working relationships with employees through an environment that fosters Nestle values, communication and cooperation. Support a culture and environment that is productive, open, empowering, safe and equitable and support/coach others to behave and make decisions in line with Nestlé Management and Leadership Principles and Nestlé Corporate Business Principles.
- Projects: assigned projects managed as per plan with seamless execution
