Position Snapshot

 

  • Location: Budapest
  • Desired experience: 3-5 years professional experience
  • Education: College/University degree in Business
  • Language knowledge: Fluent English

Position Summary

 

  • Prioritise channels and define channel strategies to win
  • including the definition of the point of purchase vision
  • Lead the development of complete channel solutions that better meet shopper & customer needs
  • Define the Picture of Success for the category, specific to each priority channel

A day in the life of...

 

Total business & category understanding

 

  • Analyse coffee category trends, market analysis and insights, competitive review (with the help of trainee)
  • Portfolio management for Total coffee as part of annual planning (Tasty project) and monthly planning process, link with Category drivers, help to Channel manager

 

Responsible for embedding shopper & shopper knowledge into our annual planning, innovation process, and activation plans

 

  • Understands deeply category drives, owns its communication  both internal and external and creates the link to customer selling stories
  • Carries out shopper studies, creates insights in general and for specific business issues and puts them into actions incl Shopper Journey
  • Establishes the solid bases for POS Strategy (part of Picture of Success) by channel by understanding shopper behaviour including gifting opportunities
  • Management of E-com channel Coffee including portfolio, pricing proposal, executing online activities and also as 1st point of contact to KAs/Corp. e-com manager

 
Project management

  • Launch plan and execution for new segments in HU
  • Works with agencies externally
  • Works closely with BEO (dotted reporting on specific projects)

What will make you successful

 

  • Time in Industry: >5 years professional experience
  • Cross Functional Experience: Customer, Category, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance - with at least 2 out of 5 Commercial Functional Experiences
  • Demonstrated Commercial Competencies: Master Shopper Understanding, Develop Winning Strategies and Plans, Win in Omni-Channel, Drive Profitable Revenue Growth, Excel in Customer Management, Successful cross functional team leadership
  • Demonstrated Leadership Competencies: Insight, Energise & Engage, Enbale Results through Others, Coach & Develop, Influence with Integrity, Courage
  • Education: Relevant Tertiary and Professional Qualifications
