SHE Engineer
We are currently looking for a SHE Engineer to join our Technical team who will create a compelling understanding of the Nestlé SH&E values and inspire stakeholders to excel in compliance & continuously improve, leveraging NCE Foundations and Advanced Practices (eg TPM, Lean Value Stream). He/she will promote a behavioural approach to SH&E, based on Nestlé Leadership Framework.
Main Responsibilities;
- Following the national and international Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) laws, standards and regulations. Implementing the new requirements or changes accordingly,
- Developing Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Management System implementation in all units in the factory, distribution operation and head office,
- Monitoring the incidents/accidents, preparing the statistics, making investigations for the accidents, determine the causes, planning preventive/corrective action and reporting,
- Preparing risk analysis report and risk map as per current and foreseen risks conditions,
- Following the SHE performance indicators and reporting regular monthly and quarterly internal and external report on time,
- Finding the corrective/preventive solutions,
- Giving all necessary trainings about safety and environmental issues to increase employee awareness,
- Editing SHE audits for the units and planning the actions,
- Reporting to SHE Manager regarding SHE issues regularly.
Qualifications required for this position are as follows;
- Graduation degree in Engineering Faculty (Preferably Mechanical Engineering),
- Should have at least 3 years of experience as SHE Engineer (preferably certified in third party management and machine safety) atmanufacturing plant, distribution operations and head office units,
- Having knowledge or certificate OHSAS and ISO 14001,
- C Class Safety Specialist Certificate from Ministry of Labor,
- Proficiency in English,
- Should be qualified at MS-Office applications and preferably experienced in ERP software (SAP, Axapta, Oracle, etc.)
- No military obligation for Male candidates,
- No travel restrictions.
