We are currently looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer join our Nestlé Wates team.
Location: Kestel, Bursa
Type of contract: Permanent
As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will have the following responsibilities;
- Ensure processes and equipment are safe for people, products and the environment. Ensure compliance with local regulatory/statutory requirements and insurance requirements. Ensure safety of project teams and visitors supporting project teams or doing technical work.
- Ensure site compliance with local regulatory/statutory requirements related to the technical operation of the factory and with Nestle and Nestlé technical requirements and equipment standards. Ensure compliance through Nestlé Self Assessment Tool (NSAT) and with Nestlé Technical Instructions (TIs) and General Instructions (GIs).
- Support short-term and long-term improvement of line performance and loss reduction through application of Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) tools and methodologies. Provide site leadership for technical solutions to operational problems including system optimization, debottlenecking and troubleshooting. Ensure root cause identification and elimination within the technical team. Responsible for the NCE Planned Maintenance Pillar.
- Lead development and implementation of site maintenance strategy using Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) tools and methodologies. Ensure site maintenance strategy supports short-term and long-term business objectives. Continuously improve the capability and skills of the maintenance organization.
- Lead the coaching, mentoring and development of site technical resources. Ensure the technical team has the skills and competencies to support the site Technical Master Plan. Facilitate the transfer of technical skills and competencies to operations through Nestlé Continuous Excellence.
Which profile are we looking for?
- Experience in Fixed Assets Maintenance responsibilities, including maintenance budget preparation and control
- People management experience
- Continuous improvement knowledge and experience
- Participation in the start-up of technical equipment(s) and/or production line(s) (preferably including industrial services supply)
