We are looking for a Temporary Project Engineer, who will be responsible to ensure design, implementation and start-up phases of capital investment projects on the manufacturing site, following the investment project charter, design specifications and Nestlé standards.

A day in the life of...

• Manage/perform the design, implementation and start-up of capital investment projects in manufacturing
• Before project, support Eng Mg in developing project charter.
• During project, execute it based on Nestlé standards, local regulations, the User Requirements Specifications (URS) and TPM
• Ensure safety during construction & ongoing plant operation 
• During implementation, ensure buildings, equipment erections, piping, utilities, etc in accordance with defined timing, cost & quality, URS, etc
• Training is performed to ensure safety & vertical start-up
• During start-up, support team for smooth transition to operations
• Provide project final report & feedback to Maintenance Prevention System

What will make you successful

• Minimum 3-5 years' hands on experience in the field of engineering in a manufacturing facility with additional 3 years' experience in capital investment projects development and implementation in food industry.
• Determination of methods to minimize the likelihood of injuries or damages to people and/or equipment (SH&E) Experience in the development of engineering projects as part of a multidisciplinary team (preferably including different products and technologies)
• Experience in the start-up of technical equipment(s) and/or production line(s)
• Hands on knowledge as well as strategic, continuous improvement mindset.
• Commitment to a strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, safety, compliance and quality.
