Your mission
As our new colleague, you will join our Nordic Brand Communication team, becoming part of a small, dedicated CRM Content team of three. Working closely with Digital Marketing & Performance, PR, Media & Content, eCommerce, Customer Service, and CX teams, your mission is to drive meaningful customer engagement across the Nordics through hands-on CRM communication.
You will contribute to delivering insight-driven, consumer-first communication that strengthens Nespresso’s position in the region. Based in one of the Nordic capital citites—Oslo, Copenhagen, or Stockholm—you will adapt and execute global CRM campaigns into locally relevant, high-performing communication. At the same time, you will ensure that all customer touchpoints—from email to push and SMS—are timely, personalized, and consistent with Nespresso’s premium tone of voice, helping to build loyalty and support commercial impact.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns: Coordinate and deliver campaigns across the Nordics, including email, push, SMS, and other direct channels, in line with the Nordic marketing calendar.
- Create and adapt engaging content: Translate global assets into locally relevant messaging that reflects Nespresso’s premium tone of voice and resonates with Nordic consumers.
- Drive end-to-end execution: Manage campaigns from segmentation and targeting through to deployment and follow-up, ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
- Enhance personalization and performance: Use data and insights to improve relevance, support lifecycle initiatives (e.g. loyalty and subscriptions), and continuously optimize performance through tracking, testing, and KPI analysis.
- Collaborate and ensure operational excellence: Work closely with internal teams and external partners while supporting planning processes and ensuring timely, accurate execution across all CRM activities.
We are looking for an early-career professional within CRM or digital marketing who is passionate about content, personalization, and consumer engagement. You enjoy working hands-on with campaigns and are motivated to grow your skills in a Nordic, cross-functional environment.
You are eager to take ownership while continuing to develop within CRM, content, and performance marketing.
Your skills and experience:
- Fluency in one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish) and English.
- 1-2 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or campaign execution.
- A relevant educational background in marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Experience with CRM, email marketing, or marketing automation tools.
- Strong copywriting skills with a focus on consumer communication.
- Ability to translate data and insights into actionable improvements.
- Structured, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience working with agencies or managing multiple stakeholders is a plus.
