E&I Technician I
Purpose of the Job
To support continuous plant operations by performing electrical, instrumentation, and automation tasks in accordance with standard procedures and safety requirements.
Key Objectives
- Maximize line efficiency and maintain product quality
- Minimize operational losses
- Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and safety within assigned areas
Key Responsibilities
- Perform PLC and control system programming, configuration, and implementation
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems
- Operate and maintain power substation and distribution systems
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities
- Update, file, and maintain technical documents, drawings, and reports
- Ensure proper housekeeping, tool maintenance, and safety compliance
Qualifications
- Graduate of a 3–4 year technical or engineering‑related course
- Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer, or Registered Master Electrician
- Preferably with experience in manufacturing or plant utilities
- Knowledge in PLC, instrumentation, calibration, VFD, HVAC, pumps, compressors, and preventive maintenance
- Familiar with safety standards, GMP, and equipment diagrams
