Quality Assurance Analyst (Chemistry)

Location: Nestlé Factory, Cabuyao, Laguna

Join our Quality Assurance Laboratory team and play a key role in ensuring the safety and quality of Nestlé products. You will perform laboratory testing on raw materials, packaging materials, water, environmental samples, and finished products, while ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role also supports daily laboratory operations, accurate reporting of results, and adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Nestlé standards, and ISO 17025 requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Licensed Chemist

• Perform physical and chemical analyses of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Evaluate materials and products against quality and product specifications.
• Validate analytical methods and ensure accurate laboratory testing.
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Prepare and manage laboratory reagents, chemicals, and testing supplies.
• Record, analyze, and report laboratory results accurately and promptly.
• Investigate testing deviations and contribute to corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Laboratory Safety, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and ISO 17025 standards.
• Support laboratory audits, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
• Assist in administrative, testing, reporting, and other laboratory activities as needed.

Qualifications

• For Chemistry Track:
  Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
• Must be a Registered Chemist (Licensed Chemist).
• Knowledge of physical and chemical analyses, laboratory instrumentation, and quality systems.

General Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with Laboratory Safety, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and quality management systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in laboratory documentation and reporting.
• Willing to work onsite in Cabuyao, Laguna.
• Open to assignment and rotation across different laboratory functions including testing, reporting, sample management, and laboratory administration.
