We are looking for a Customer Manager to manage our key customer/s to achieve profitable growth. Make Nestle a business partner of choice by: (1) creating a customer business plan (2) practicing and modeling the Nestle way of selling and negotiation (3) driving excellence in execution, (4) leading the trading terms agreement & customer engagement strategy to strengthen customer business relationship & support long term plans.

A day in the life of...
  • Drives the Customer Business Strategy, customer planning & trading term agreements
  • Ensures and directs adherence to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and legal regulations       
  • Finds customer opportunities to support and build customer plans and initiatives.
  • Accountable for the achievement of Customer KPIs (Sales Ach, Growth, Cycle Plan Execution, Distribution, etc)
  • Drives selling, negotiation, and execution of the customer plans (commercial and operational level)
  • Facilitates & executes the Customer Engagement strategy to support long term Customer Business Strategy
  • Collaborates with CCSD, Supply Chain & relevant Marketing team on Corporate & Customer related initiatives
  • Ensures and  manages the execution of the order to cash process
What will make you successful
  • Has at least 1 year experience in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results             
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross functional teams                     
  • Understands all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field
