We are looking for an Employee Services & Employee Relations Manager responsible in providing managers and employees with high quality information, advice and service.  The successful candidate will also lead a continuous improvement of our relations with the employees and their representatives as a fundamental competitive advantage of the company.

A day in the life of...
  • Custodian of our commitment to constructive employee relations and open social dialogue
  • Define and implement employee relations strategy with a Nestlé in the Market approach
  • Enhance and maintain productive dialogue with employees, Trade Unions and other workers' representatives. Dialogue with relevant external organizations such as labor councils, employers’ organizations and national labor conciliation or arbitration authorities.
  • Internal legal consultant on labor issues and responsible for timely information to the Mancom/NiMcom and the Zone on employee relation matters.
  • Support Line Managers through Employee Relations issues, ensuring that policies and guidelines are adhered to.
  • Provide flawless execution of HR initiatives
  • Ensure effective support to Line Managers and HR Business Partners during day-to-day activities, including salary revision, salary & incentives, allowances, bonus, promotions, headcount, hiring, transfers, end of contract, retirement, long term leaves, maternity leaves, etc.
  • Works on process improvements in partnership with Shared Services group.
What will make you successful
  • Graduate of any 4-5 year course
  • Over a sustained period of minimum 5 years has demonstrated success in working in a diverse ER environment and HR
  • Solid knowledge of Factory Environment
  • Experiences in driving change processes and to influence organizational strategy
  • A track record of fast comprehension with problem solving attention, even in complex issues
  • Have managed relationships with unions in challenging context, hence the ability to facilitate and negotiate appropriate outcomes to all Industrial Relations
  • Excellent project management skills, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a multifunctional team and influence key decision makers
  • Ability to listen to people and provide creative at the same time within policy solution to issues
