Industrial Services Engineer (Assistant Manager)

Location: Cagayan de Oro Factory, Philippines

Join Nestlé Philippines and play a key role in ensuring the reliable, safe, and efficient operation of critical factory utilities and environmental systems. As an Industrial Services Engineer, you will lead the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of utility plants and services that support manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the operation and maintenance of utility systems, including:
  • Boiler and Steam Systems
  • Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP)
  • Water Supply and Water Treatment Systems
  • Power Plant Operations
  • Energy Management Programs
• Ensure continuous availability of utilities required for production.
• Lead preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and repair activities.
• Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and energy-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, pollution control requirements, and workplace safety standards.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to support factory operations.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team while promoting a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed Engineer (PRC License required)
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or any relevant course
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in industrial utilities, plant operations, or maintenance
• Strong background in one or more of the following:
  • Boiler Operations
  • Wastewater Treatment
  • Power Plant Operations
  • Water Supply & Treatment
  • Energy Management
• Experience leading teams and managing plant utility operations in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of environmental compliance, equipment reliability, and preventive maintenance programs
