POSITION SUMMARY

Customer Development Executive (CDE) at Nestlé – particularly within Nestlé Professional or the Starbucks channel – plays a key role in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Develop and manage relationships with B2B customers (e.g., restaurants, hotels).
  • Conduct regular audits of customer locations to ensure brand compliance, product quality and availability to align with Nestle Starbucks standards
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive product placements (Starbucks at Nestlé solutions).
  • Execute field sales activities, promotions, and activation plans.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

 

 

What will make you successful…

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer development (FMCG/HORECA preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Field-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
  • Valid driving license.
