POSITION SUMMARY
Drive E2E cross-functional planning and Process optimization projects to support the D&SP organization and ensure compliance to the standards and best practices. Ensure flawless system and information flow across D&SP within the categories and clusters, leverage the IS IT solutions to enable the D&SP to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their operations                                    

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

Efficient and optimized E2E planning systems with all related aspect and system visibility                             

Ensure that the evolution of the IS IT solutions meet the needs of the business community                    

Drive cross DSP category coordination and alignment for all reporting and provide analysis to accelerate business decisions                                                        

Deploy and leverage DSP Best practices and tools and drive supply planning process standardization and aligned ways of working across categories                                              

 Ensure compliance and implementation of defined solutions in DSP                                                   

Collaborate with DSP teams (Category and Clusters) to manage continuous improvement DSP projects and contribute to projects that interact with DSP processes, tools and master data                                         

Work closely with the Category DSP managers and with the Corporate DSP Manager (if any) for development and coaching of team members: Develop, and sustain a relevant capability building framework and secure resources and accurate onboarding of new employees                                                  

                            
WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL?

• Relevant operational experience at market / business level in Demand & Supply Planning or as Business Process Quality

• In depth knowledge of the areas, within or outside supply chain, interacting with the DSP process

• Good knowledge of the Nestlé IS/IT tools

• Good knowledge of implementing NCE and its tools
