Position Purpose

Support the transformation of Nestlé's Route-to-Market (RTM) by leveraging data analytics, routing methodologies, and business insights to improve sales execution, distribution efficiency, and decision-making. The role combines analytical thinking with field exposure to optimize distributor operations and drive continuous improvement.


Key Accountabilities

Route-to-Market Analytics

  • Support RTM optimization projects through structured data analysis.
  • Evaluate sales territories, outlet universe, and coverage models.
  • Identify opportunities to improve distribution reach and execution.

Routing & Territory Optimization

  • Conduct routing exercises using internal sales and geographic data.
  • Analyze route productivity, workload balance, and travel efficiency.
  • Recommend route improvements to enhance service levels and reduce operational costs.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Develop automated dashboards using Power BI.
  • Extract and analyze data using SQL and internal systems.
  • Generate regular business performance reports with actionable insights.

Decision Support

  • Translate complex datasets into clear business recommendations.
  • Support commercial and distributor management teams with analytical insights.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects related to RTM transformation.

Success Measures

  • Accuracy and quality of analytical outputs.
  • Timely delivery of dashboards and reports.
  • Improvement in routing efficiency.
  • Quality of recommendations adopted by the business.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.

Technical Skills

Required

  • Strong Microsoft Excel

Experience
