Assistant Manager, Field Sales Analysis

POSITION SUMMARY

To coordinate and ensure the deliver high quality HCP and HCO data, that meets Veeva CRM and Closed Loop Marketing (CLM) requirements for reporting, analytics and insights, that can support strategic decisions/ direction and measure effectiveness of the Field Force. Responsible for correct Veeva Usage in the Market                                                                 

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Technical outputs: Drive the implementation of Veeva CRM in the Market                                                                                                                         To support the local Sales team by creating technical incidents and resolving them via the local globe organization or the global support team.                                                                                                                                      To support the global team with testing of upgrades, system/ process improvement proposals and user and agency license management.                                                                                                                                                                               
  • Support efficiency in territory and account management via Veeva CRM user training, set up, territory and HCP / HCO alignment. HCP and HCO migration as and when required, survey support for data collection, reporting on data cleanliness and quality, materials and cycle management.                                        
  • "Key stakeholder in the CLM process to enhance Veeva effectiveness, with responsibility for:                                                                Creating and updating HCP and HCO segmentation profiles in CRM,                                                                                   Interaction with the digital agency for testing the electronic detail developed or updated, to ensure alignment to Veeva requirements and compatibility for use in CRM.                                                                
  • Creating Veeva CRM and CLM reports and dashboards as per the market requirement and share reports and insights with Marketing as and when required for Veeva improvement purposes."                                       
  • Business intelligence and measuring of achievement through the creation and analysis of reports based on the data in CRM, to inform the business of SFE and Customer engagement KPIs, potential, competitor insights. for short term strategy and longer term ICP, OMP and MBS development. Daily, Weekly Monthly reporting on the achievement of Key SFE metrics including calls, territory structure and products detailed.                                       
  • Supporting in the preparation of cluster/market wise Sales Dashboards and linking the same to Sales engagement KPI's and IQVIA/IMS brick level data                                          
  • Ensure compliance in procedures for use of Nestle systems as well as sample- and material distribution through record keeping in Veeva CRM with HCP signature data on acceptance (if required) and regular reporting on recorded violations as per market requirements. 

 

What will make you successful…

  • Experience in Veeva CRM - sales force automation systems. Knowledge of and / or experience in the following:                                                                                                       

                                 - Prior experience as a pharma sales rep
                                 - Reporting Tools
                                 - Content Management Processes
                                 - Sales Force Excellence

 

  • Functional knowledge: Internal knowledge of Nestle, Nestle Health Science, Veeva related processes, products, territory management, and how it is applied in HCP and HCO interactions and relates to CRM and CLM market implementation, management and reporting.       
  • Market and HCP Insight: Knowledge and understanding of market trends, economic situations, HCP demographics, National and Regional CRM data and the ability to contribute to Regional and National strategies and effective ICP, OMP and MBS, through CRM and CLM analytics.
  • Execution for Results - Support the drive for execution of strategies and tactics through supporting the Market, Regional and National teams with analytics and insights on execution of plans for different territories and team members.         

 

  • Technical competencies and computer skills - to support the team with system related issues, system training, report creation and other functionalities in CRM and CLM.
