Job Title: Digital Operations Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Operations Coordinator to support the Digital Hub team across multiple Business Units within Nestlé MENA. This role will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across digital projects, budget management, stakeholder coordination, and operational execution.
The ideal candidate is someone with basic digital marketing knowledge, strong project coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining visibility across budgets, purchase orders, payments, and operational workflows.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
Budget Management & Financial Coordination
• Act as the custodian of digital budgets across multiple Business Units and initiatives
• Maintain full visibility and tracking of digital budgets, spend status, commitments, and payment timelines
• Support the issuance and tracking of Purchase Orders (POs) and related documentation
• Liaise closely with brand teams, finance teams, procurement, and agencies to ensure payments are processed on time
• Track invoices and payment status, ensuring alignment between planned and actual spend
• Prepare regular budget trackers and reporting updates for leadership and team members
Project Coordination & Operations Support
• Support Digital Hub team members in managing day-to-day operational requirements across brands and Business Units
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely follow-ups and project progression
• Support with raising and tracking technical tickets across relevant systems and functions
• Ensure actions and dependencies are followed through and escalated where required
• Maintain project trackers and support operational governance across digital initiatives
Digital & Administrative Support
• Provide operational support across digital projects and campaigns where needed
• Coordinate timelines, meeting actions, and follow-up requirements across multiple stakeholders
• Support the team in maintaining documentation, trackers, and operational processes
• Ensure strong organization and visibility across ongoing activities
What will make you successful…
• 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, digital operations, marketing operations, or similar roles
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and ecosystem including social media, websites, CRM, search, and media
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience working with budgets, trackers, invoices, or PO processes is highly preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams and agencies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
• Experience using project management tools is a plus
