POSITION SUMMARY
The Associate Manager HR operations is responsible for delivering timely and efficient HR support to various stakeholders within the organization, including HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Line Managers, and Management Team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that local HR needs are met, and that HR processes are executed seamlessly and in compliance with relevant regulations.                                                  

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Ensure all HR activities are implemented in full:
  • Recruitment on time with a high-quality candidate - Payment of salaries on time - Time management closed monthly - Report available for Overtime and absenteeism. Control headcount within budget.
  • Identify and implement improvements: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance HR processes and work with stakeholders to implement changes.                                            
  • Manage onboarding program: deliver program                                             
  • Schedule and conduct interviews: Schedule interviews for certain positions and conduct short first-day inductions for new hires.                                               
  • Coordinate between training department and factory team concerning training needs and training plan        

 

Implementation of Policies and Practices:
 

  • Ensure compliance: Ensure that policies, practices, and procedures are understood, followed, and applied with a customer-centric approach.
  • Maintain data accuracy: Contribute to the accuracy and timeliness of HR data in collaboration with the CoS.
  • Understand legal requirements: Stay informed about legal and regulatory requirements in the cluster countries.             


WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL?

  • University graduate.
  • From 5 to 7 years’ experience in HR or related field
  • Have a good background of Factory & Industrial Relations experience
  • SAP Knowledge
