Associate Manager, Talent Management

Main Purpose of Job

To enable Nestlé MENA’s talent strategy by building organizational capability, strengthening leadership pipelines, and leveraging digital talent solutions for 12,000 colleagues across 19 markets. The role combines talent expertise, L&D stewardship, and talent analytics to ensure business priorities are translated into actionable people strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Enablement

• Partner with the Asc. Director of Talent & Performance to translate Nestlé’s Organization Master Plan and HR OMP into regional Talent strategies.

• Support succession planning and capability building for Key Talents and future leaders.

• Lead projects that embed inclusive leadership, talent density, and future-ready skills.

Learning & Development Stewardship 

• Curate and deploy Nestlé MENA’s L&D portfolio (Premium, Signature, Essential).

• Oversee deployment of the GROW AI-powered learning platform, ensuring adoption and impact.

• Partner with regional clusters and functions to track ROI and align learning to business priorities.

• Manage the yearly nomination process of regional programs (incl Rive Reine and learning central learning catalogue. 

• Coach the L &D junior colleague (in NBS) on day-to-day operations (ie, Mandatory training tracking, PO, procurement and vendor management processes etc ).

Talent Analytics & Insights 

• Build and manage talent dashboards, tracking key people metrics (goal setting, career plans, talent to value, flight risks, etc.).

• Provide data-driven insights to HRLT and senior leaders to shape decisions. 

• Act as a “Talent Technologist,” embedding digital tools and AI in Talent practices.

Performance, Potential & Development Processes 

• Manage the operational execution of cyclical people activities (Goal Setting, Performance Evaluation, Potential Assessment, Development Planning).

• Support the successful transition to the new evaluation framework, ensuring consistency, fairness, and bias-free calibration across MENA.

• Provide tools, dashboards, and guidance to HRBPs and managers, driving the required mindset shift. 

• Monitor process adoption and highlight improvement opportunities.

Change Leadership & Projects 

• Drive change management for key Talent initiatives, ensuring buy-in from line managers and colleagues.

• Support strategic programs such as Strategic Connectors, leadership development partnerships (LBS, Assessments), and cross-sector Talent Hubs.

• Contribute to employer branding and EVP activations that position Nestlé as a talent magnet.

 

Profile Requirements 

• Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field.

• 3-6 years’ experience in Talent Management or L&D within a multinational/regional scope.

• Strong analytical and digital skills (SuccessFactors, Power BI, Tableau, Gama/Canva AI etc).

• Excellent interpersonal instincts and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

• Strategic thinker with proven execution discipline.

• Fluency in English
