Position Summary

Provides a professional support in marketing. Responsible for all aspects of the marketing management and development of brands. Tasks include activities such as tracking of brand sales performance / Brand planning / new launches / brand communication/ packaging/ media & digital planning/ agency management/PFME responsibility/ brand health tracker / retail audit monitoring

• Manage full market analysis including competitive activities and products

• Responsible for New Product Development to ensure consistency and success

• Perform and manage the development of a variety of advertising campaigns to ensure that Nestle guidelines are met

• Responsible for the implementation of a Marketing Plan

• Responsible for the execution of a Business Plan through a full business cycle

• Coach and direct team or individuals to achieve a specific goal

• Responsible for monitoring the PFME budget as per the approved figure.

What will make you successful

 

  •  3-5 years FMCG Business Experience
  •  Previous solid as ABM (minimum 3 years) or equivalent in FMCG company
  • Strong Sales experience
  •  Strong Information Analysis ability
  •  Strategic Planning experience
  •  Brand Management experience
  •  Strong Consumer Communications experience
  •  Strong Project Management experience
