Position Summary
Provide insights to improve the consumer experience and business results by collecting, combining and translating data on customers (behavior), consumers, prospects, market and competition, both B2C and B2B
A Day in the Life
- Collect, combine, and analyze insights from internal and external data sources.
- Define key indicators to measure performance and track results effectively.
- Gather and integrate external data, including market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor insights, with internal data such as channel performance, key campaigns, and ongoing programs.
- Update, clean, maintain, and enrich databases to ensure optimal data quality.
- Conduct ad‑hoc deep‑dive analyses on topics such as segmentation across B2C and B2B channels, regions, and sales channels, both reactively and proactively.
- Develop forecasting and predictive models to provide long‑term insights.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations to support business initiatives, including consumer journey strategies and campaign management.
- Support channels and product/activation teams in their forecasting activities.
- Deliver periodic reporting on key KPIs and expected developments to stakeholders, sales channels, and HQ.
- Complement standard reports with bottom‑up channel views based on ad‑hoc requests, in coordination with above‑market services.
- Monitor and report on relevant trends within the database and communicate insights regularly across the organization.
- Provide evaluation reports on consumer experience campaigns and marketing activities.
What Will Make You Successful
- University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, or Quantitative Marketing.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in data mining, CRM, or direct marketing.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Proficient in SPSS, SAS, or similar statistical software.
- Skilled in Cognos, SQL, or other data‑querying tools.
- Strong analytical experience using software tools in a business‑oriented environment.
- Experience with geo‑analytical software (e.g., Regiograph, MapInfo) is a plus.
- Experience in retention activities and churn‑risk modeling is preferred.
- Familiarity with campaign management tools is an advantage.
- Experience working with Power BI is preferred.
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud‑based data platforms is beneficial.
- Experience in data quality management, including data cleansing, validation, and governance, is an added asset.
