Claims & Deductions Supervisor 

POSITION SNAPSHOT 
Location: Cairo, Egypt  

A DAY IN THE LIFE … 

1. Manage the C&D team and ensure that all activities in scope are executed in a timely manner and according to the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 

2. Drive projects to reduce C&D Lead Time to Close and reduce aged disputes 

3. Drive towards excellence by ensuring best practices are implemented and business/internal controls are in place 

4. Ensuring regular visibility is provided to market to drive actions which would positively impact C&D KPIs 

5. Ensure business continuity plan is defined, update and implemented 

6. Ensure compliance of Claims & Deductions activities and follow up on updating SOPs, SRs, and other policies to be in line with global guidance and current practices. 

7. Encourage, coach & develop the team, in addition to working on their talking talent along with aspirations 

8. Build Issue log and proposed action plan to present to stakeholders

9. Achieve operational KPIs targets

10. Succeed through people

11. Initiatives to enhance the E2E process and create value to our markets

12. Automate claims creation for all countries

ARE YOU A FIT? 

• Excellent communication and leadership skills 

• Detailed oriented 

• Stake holder management 

• Candidates with finance, O2C, business administration or banking background are welcome to apply 

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience leading a team 

• Presentation skills 

• Proficient in MS Office
