Title: Cluster Sales Controller Manager

Location: Cairo, Egypt

 

Main Purpose of Job…

 

Co-pilot to the cluster commercial team providing financial & economic insights that empower decisions. Key contributor to the achievement of objectives by being a constructive challenger and setting up processes that provide transparency and accuracy of sales financials, compliance with local and Nestlé standards, guidance for the optimal use of commercial resources

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

 

  • Provides actionable insights and recommendations to drive business actions and achieve targets and ambitions for the cluster, with focus on Pricing, Mix and value creation elements​

 

  • Supports the Sales functions in developing strategies for channels, customers and shoppers and in implementing the Commercial Framework Guidelines and Best Practices

 

  • Ensure pre and post evaluations are in place for all trade activities with a proper ROI​

 

  • Coordinate the sales forecast at cluster level and actual monitoring (volume, value and investments)​

 

  • Drive working capital improvement with focus on trade receivables and overdue contributing to cross functional discussions on payment terms and payment cycles

 

  • Facilitate cluster credit committee and coordinate cluster inputs for MENA Market Credit Committee

 

  • Quarterly review and optimization of sales MOGE with focus on merchandising

 

  • Route to Market Framework and Distributor assessment​

 

  • Support Cluster management on Atlas preparation

 

 

 

ARE YOU A FIT?

 

  • BA/BS in Business/Finance
  • CMA/CIMA preferred
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a previous analytical/audit/costing/accounting role
  • Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience.
  • Proficiency in English and language of the market (where applicable)
