POSITION SUMMARY

The role involves providing insights to enhance consumer experience and improve business results by collecting and analyzing data related to customer behavior, consumers, prospects, and market competition across both B2C and B2B sectors. This includes translating data into actionable strategies that drive better engagement and performance.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Collect, combine, and analyze insights to improve consumer experience and business results.
  • Define indicators to measure results effectively.
  • Gather and integrate external data (e.g., market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis) with internal data (e.g., channel performance, key campaigns, and ongoing programs).
  • Update and maintain the database with all internal and external data, ensuring data quality through cleaning and enrichment.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses and deep dives based on data related to segmentation for B2C and B2B channels, regions, and sales channels, both reactively and proactively.
  • Develop forecasting and predictive models to generate long-term insights.
  • Translate data from analyses requested by various departments into actionable recommendations for business initiatives, including consumer journey strategy and campaign management.
  • Assist channels in their forecasting activities.
  • Provide periodic reports on key KPIs and expected developments to management team stakeholders, sales channels, and headquarters, including data on active base, average consumption, and channel preference.
  • Complement reports with bottom-up channel views.
  • Monitor and report relevant trends within the database, communicating findings regularly within the organization.
  • Provide evaluation reports on consumer experience campaigns and marketing activities.

 

What will make you successful…

  • University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, or Quantitative Marketing.
  • Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in data mining, CRM, or Direct Marketing.
  • Proven competency in project management.
  • Knowledge of SPSS, SAS, or similar statistical packages, as well as Cognos, SQL, or other data query tools.
  • Analytical experience using software tools in a business-oriented environment.
  • Experience with geoanalytical software (e.g., Regiograph, Mapinfo).
  • Experience in retention activities and churn risk modeling.
  • Experience with campaign management tools.
