Position Summary

The HR Admin & OM Associate is responsible for delivering accurate and timely HR administration and payroll support services for the markets within scope. The role ensures compliance with local labor legislation, internal policies, and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while providing high-quality support to employees and stakeholders.

A Day in the Life

HR Administration

  • Process employee lifecycle transactions in SAP, including:
    • Hiring and rehiring
    • Transfers and promotions
    • Employee exits
    • Personal data updates
  • Maintain and update employee records accurately.

Time Management & Payroll Administration

  • Manage work schedules, attendance, absences, and time evaluation in SAP.
  • Resolve time management anomalies and generate related reports.
  • Process recurring and one-time payroll payments and deductions.
  • Maintain employee compensation data, including salary, allowances, and banking information.
  • Validate payroll-related inputs to ensure accurate payroll processing.

Employee Support & Case Management

  • Respond to employee inquiries received through email, web forms, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate and timely guidance on HR administrative and payroll-related matters.
  • Ensure high service quality and compliance with agreed response times.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare HR and payroll reports for internal stakeholders and governmental authorities.
  • Monitor and stay up to date with labor law changes and collective agreements in the supported markets.
  • Ensure operational compliance with local legislation and company policies.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate closely with Payroll, Contact Center, and local market stakeholders to continuously improve processes and service quality.
  • Communicate with government entities, tax authorities, social security institutions, and courts when required.

Benefits Administration

  • Process employee benefits in accordance with market requirements, including:
    • Loans and advances
    • Transportation and housing allowances
    • Travel and expense-related payments
    • Retirement and end-of-service benefits
    • Other market-specific benefits
  • Review supporting documentation and eligibility requirements for benefit claims.

What Will Make You Successful

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Administration, Payroll, Employee Services, or Contact Center environments.
  • Fluency in Turkish (written and spoken).
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Experience working with SAP HR or similar HRIS systems is preferred.
  • Good understanding of payroll and HR administration processes.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and employee lifecycle processes is an advantage.
