The HR Generalist & Services role is responsible for delivering timely and efficient HR support to various stakeholders within the organization, including HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Line Managers, and Management Team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that local HR needs are met, and that HR processes are executed seamlessly and in compliance with relevant regulations.

Local HR Service Delivery

Provide timely information: Offer accurate and timely information to HRBPs, CoCs, CoS, and Line Managers as needed.

Address operational needs: Partner with CoCs and HRBPs to identify and resolve operational issues promptly.

Lead and collaborate: Oversee the HR Services team and foster collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of local HR activities.

Deliver exceptional customer service: Provide high-quality support to employees and stakeholders.

Identify and implement improvements: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance HR processes and work with stakeholders to implement changes.

Manage onboarding program: deliver program

Schedule and conduct interviews: Schedule interviews for certain positions and conduct short first-day inductions for new hires.

Coordinate final settlements: Work with CoS, Line Managers, employees, and stakeholders to coordinate final settlements for departing employees.
Implementation of Policies and Practices

Ensure compliance: Ensure that policies, practices, and procedures are understood, followed, and applied with a customer-centric approach.

Maintain data accuracy: Contribute to the accuracy and timeliness of HR data in collaboration with the CoS.

Understand legal requirements: Stay informed about legal and regulatory requirements in the cluster countries.
HRBP and Line Manager Support

Provide general knowledge: Offer general knowledge of E2E HR processes (ELC, CSO, E&G, M&E) to support HRBPs, Line Managers, and employees.

Bridge the gap: Act as a liaison between the CoS and the market to ensure efficient process execution.
Customer Experience Continuous Improvement

Deliver exceptional customer service: Provide high-quality support to employees and stakeholders.

Identify and implement improvements: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance HR processes and work with stakeholders to implement changes.

Participate in operational reviews: Attend defined operational reviews and contribute to discussions.
