The Internal Communications Specialist will play a vital role in enhancing employee engagement and fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration within Nestlé. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing internal communication strategies that effectively convey key messages to employees across various channels.

- Develop and execute internal communication plans that align with Nestlé’s corporate objectives and values.
- Create engaging content for internal newsletters, intranet, and other communication platforms to inform and engage employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business goals.
- Manage the internal communication calendar, ensuring timely delivery of communications and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Organize and facilitate internal events, town halls, and employee engagement activities.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to address communication needs and feedback.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in internal communications.
WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL?
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Years of experience in internal communications or corporate communications.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills for compelling content across various channels, including press releases, newsletters, and podcasts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Proficiency in digital communication platforms and AI tools to enhance internal communications.
- Strong visual design skills to create appealing presentations and materials using design tools.
- Confident speaker who articulates ideas clearly and engages audiences effectively.
- Ability to generate fresh ideas that engage employees and align with corporate objectives.
- Excellent planning and time management abilities to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to liaise with external agencies, providing clear and professional briefings to align on communication goals.
