Position Summary

Medical Delegate is responsible for achieving Market share growth targets products in their territory by ensuring favourable recommendations by Health Care Professionals, representing Nestlé Nutrition in the market as a trusted advisor in the field of Clinical Nutrition to become Nutrition advisor leading trusted Nutrition Solution provider for infant healthy growth.

A day in the life of...

• Carry out calls in hospitals and non-hospital outlets in his/her territory according to the recommended cycle plan and as agreed with the Field Sales Supervisor/ Manager.
• Develop highly scientific relationships with HCPs and decision makers through face-to-face calls, group presentations as well as other scientific events.
• Provide data and suggest classification of contacts based on objective criteria.
• Keep visits’ records updated and use them for call preparation/follow-up and to record market intelligence data.
• Provide a weekly plan and subsequent reports on all visits/activities, support literature, to his manager.
• Also make timely reports on area progress as well as competitive activities and other market intelligence data.
• Organize and carry out hospital presentations and group meetings with healthcare professionals.
• Participate actively in training events, cycle meetings and business review meetings.

What will make you successful

• Graduate of Health-related science: Pharmacy or Veterinary
• Valid Driving License.
• Resident in Qena
• Nutrition background is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as Medical Representative preferred in Nutrition company or Multinational pharmaceutical company.
