POSITION SUMMARY
A DAY IN THE LIFE
Order Processing:
- Capture demand through both manual and electronic order methods.
- Prioritize order processing speed and accuracy to meet established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Handle situations where digital order capture isn't available and complete orders manually.
Exception Management:
- Identify and report system failures encountered during the order capture process.
- Collaborate with the Center of Competence (CoC) and Master Data teams to resolve exceptions and system failures related to electronic and digital order capture within defined SLAs.
- Document all changes made within the order capture process to pinpoint recurring issues and identify root causes of failures.
Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in NCE (Nestlé Customer Excellence) operational review meetings.
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of the demand capture process

Education:
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service, order processing, or similar role.
Skills:
- Technical Skills:
Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
SAP knowledge (preferred).
- Soft Skills:
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex information.
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve order capture issues independently.
Attention to Detail: Ability to work accurately and ensure the completeness and accuracy of order data.
