Sales Operations Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
  • Responsible of Customer Life Cycle activities though initiating of customer creation, modification and closure forms with the collaboration of Sales & Customer Masterdata teams ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of creation to avoid losing sales.
  • Prepare promotional payments to customers ensuring full docmentations and collaborate directly with GBM & Channel Managers to get their approvals on the agreement details ensuring compliance.
  • Lead on collecting and validating Distributor Sellout Data, reporting the figures to Sales Analytics in Head Office.
  • Maintaining master data for Azure / Manual / Hybris Orders in collaboration with Sales Team
  • Creating the monthly price list report communicating it with Sales Team, Country Finance Manager and Sales Analytics.
  • Responsible of creating the monthly listing memo including the monthly promotions and deals to Sales team in order to engage with the customers for Sales. (For some exceptional cases, data is communicated directly to customer)
  • Continious collaboration and follow-ups to resolve business issues with Sales, BSA, Finance and Order To Cash E2E teams through benchmarking other centers to rollout initiatives and adopting best practices.
  • Lead on the automations to streamline and optimize the E2E Sales Support process and create dashboards for impactful analytical reports to provide better view and visibility for the markets and vendors.
  • Lead on all Sales Support process trainings and Knowledge Transfer sessions

  • Internal: Sales Team, Sales Analytics & Support, Finance Manager,Sales Controller,CFO, Channel Manager,GBM,Customer (3rd Party), IBS Centers, CDT
  • External: Training Providers , Co-working Spaces
