You will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while delivering high-quality hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand talent needs and execute effective recruitment strategies.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job briefing, sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, interview management, and offer negotiation.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing market insights, recruitment expertise, and guidance on hiring decisions.
- Coach hiring managers on best-in-class selection methodologies and interviewing techniques.
Sourcing & Candidate Experience
- Proactively identify and engage both active and passive talent through a variety of sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Effectively manage candidate communications, feedback, and offer acceptance to maximize conversion rates.
Market Intelligence & Employer Branding
- Monitor labor market trends, competitor activity, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to inform hiring strategies.
- Champion Nestlé's Employee Value Proposition and employer brand throughout the candidate journey.
- Support hiring managers in consistently delivering an outstanding candidate experience aligned with our values.
Recruitment Operations & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and local hiring regulations.
- Optimize the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies to enhance efficiency and data quality.
- Advocate for digital recruiting solutions, social media sourcing, and innovative hiring practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.
Onboarding Support
- Share relevant candidate insights with HR and Talent Management teams to facilitate successful onboarding and early development planning.
What Will Make You Successful
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- FMCG Background is a must.
- Experience in either in-house recruitment, agency recruitment, or a combination of both.
- Strong sourcing expertise using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS platforms, CRM databases, and job boards.
- Working knowledge of recruitment legislation and hiring best practices.
- Proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and consulting skills.
- Experience coaching hiring managers on interviewing and talent selection methodologies.
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies, ATS platforms, social media recruiting, and digital sourcing channels.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
