eContent Account Specialist:

Position Summary
Act as a key enabler of Nestlé’s eBusiness Strategy is the activation of Content Services, which supports Markets and Businesses across the product content lifecycle including creation, adaptation, distribution, and monitoring of content assets across all touchpoints. Content Services aims to deliver scalability, automation, cost efficiency, and speed to Markets.

The eContent Account Specialist acts as a key driver of this strategy by serving as the main interface between Markets, Businesses, CGI vendors, and the internal Adaptation team. This role ensures the proper execution and delivery of Content Services, including Content Adaptation and Localization, Content POS, Publication, and Monitoring Services. It also involves planning demand with Markets, managing escalations, coordinating projects, and ensuring that vendors deliver world class service.

 

A day in the life of…,  The role supports continuous improvement by working closely with Content Leads, vendors, and Markets to identify and implement enhancements that bring added value to the Business. This includes acting as a bridge for premium content adaptation such as high value digital campaigns and ensuring alignment on automation and Generative AI usage where applicable.

  • coordinating with various vendors based on the service request to ensure proper execution with a strong service orientation toward the Market
  • Drive adoption of Nestlé’s internal Content Services solutions and ensure strong activation across Markets.
  • Deliver world class service by ensuring accurate execution of requests, adherence to SLAs, and alignment with Nestlé global standards.
  • Manage the overall coordination of Projects from the planning to the implementation (E.g Computer Generated Imagery related projects).
  • Maintain Operational Documentation to ensure proper execution of Services (Processes, Service Catalog, Briefs, etc…).
  • Knowledgeable about digital content production, eCommerce and eRetailers. Knowledgeable about digital marketing related services. Experience of working with agencies and third-party vendors in content space.
  • Facilitate weekly operational reviews with vendors to monitor service delivery performance.
  • Run periodic meetings with Business and Market teams to gather demand and ensure adherence to Content Services prerequisites.
  • Collaborate with the Finance & Control (F&C) team to prepare and monitor operational chargeback processes for the market.
  • Problem Solving
  • Provide insights based on available data
  • Ensure compliance with Nestlé Global standards including effective management of Standard Routines, Market Deployment Toolkit and Control Best Practices.



What will make you successful

  • At least 2 years in Content Production Management                                      
  • Working with high-volume, multi-platform, complex tasks
  • Working in a corporate and multi-cultural setting
  • Good Knowledge of eCommerce and eRetailers environment
  • Project management skills
  • Previous agency/media/advertising experience is an advantage
  • Strong relationship management skills dealing with Customer and managing vendors     
  • Workflow Management (Knowledge on Sitecore solution is a plus)
  • Experience in using Project Management Tools and Performance Tracking Tools (Cost, Time, Budget)
  • English (advanced level)
  • Advanced planning ability and focus on quality deliverables.
  • Basic understanding of design terminology and technical requirements, compatibility
  • Good understanding of the Production Process
  • Understanding of automation/GenAI capabilities and ability to manage market expectations on when to apply them.
