Position Summary

Provides operational support for delivery of Compensation and Benefits programs and processes across multiple countries supported by a Regional Total Rewards CoC.  Depending on the size of the regional team, may be more specialised and deliver only some of the outputs listed below.

  • Total Rewards Strategy
  • Flawless Execution of Annual Compensation Processes 
  • External Benchmarking and Design of Competitive Pay Structures -
  • Job Analysis and Job Evaluation 
  • Variable Pay Design and Consulting 
  • Rewards Compliance
  • Compensation Consulting and Training  

What will make you successful

  • University Degree level education or equivalent
  • 5+ years experience in Human Resources Total Reward either in a large corporation with progressive people practices and/or a consulting company
  • Experience with KPIs (Creation and use of metrics)  Specialises in analysing big data and providing meaning and clear results that support decision making
  • Local employment law & labor regulations
  • Experience in Employee Cost Management / Budgeting
  • Advanced Use of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience of SAP HR and of working in the FMCG sector an advantage
  • Excellent Communication skills coupled with the ability to influence without authority and to build strong professional relationships (credibility)
