A day in the life of...

 

We’re looking for a HR professional to join our Nestle Campbellfield factory as the HR Coordinator for the Campbellfield site. Reporting to the Factory HR Business Partner, you’ll coordinate the application of HR policy onsite; recruitment and selection as well as training and negotiation with unions.  Support HR Business Partner in Human Resources activities. In addition, you will be responsible for:
Organise and conduct inductions.

 

  • HR support to all salaried and weekly employees
  • End to end recruitment and selection
  • Monitoring of Casual Pool and Short Term employees.
  • Monthly reporting of HR related Factory KPI figures.
  • Support site training and development processes
  • Assistance with the implementation of HR initiatives
What will make you successful

 

  • To be successful in the role, you’ll have a minimum of 2+ years of experience
  • Understanding of HR areas such as recruitment, training & development, employee relations, performance management and industrial relations
  • Be driven to work in management systems to deliver on standards and drive business improvement.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or HR Management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills that will help you develop strong relationships and collaborate with line managers and staff across the board.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment will be highly regarded.
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and have permanent residency. No agency applications.
