Production Operator Vacancy 

Permanent | Afternoon Shift | Sugar

We currently have an opportunity for a permanent Production Operator on Afternoon Shift in Sugar.

Responsibilities include maintaining product quality, achieving production targets and maintaining a high standard of GMP.

Main duties of the position:

• Participate in safety programs including CTF/Take 5, workplace inspections, defect tagging
• Follow workplace quality assurance procedures and techniques
• Complete standard practices/procedures of an operator
• Complete SAP transactions / DMO administration as required
• Undertake improvement activities in the workplace as required
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work area
• Other duties as required by the Line Manager

• Time management skills & the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Effective workplace communication skills
• Experience working in a team environment to meet the production schedule
• Attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Basic knowledge of the use of email and ability to enter data
