POSITION SUMMARY 

Are you a meticulous and detail-oriented professional with a passion for supply chain management? Nestlé is seeking a Warehouse Replenishment Planner to join our dynamic team. As a Warehouse Replenishment Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods within our warehouse operations.

A DAY IN THE LIFE … 

• Develop replenishment plans to optimize inventory levels and meet customer demand.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on inventory needs and ensure timely replenishment.
• Analyze inventory data and make data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any supply chain issues.
• Utilize inventory management systems and tools to track and monitor inventory levels and movements.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records and resolve any discrepancies.
• Continuously evaluate and improve replenishment processes to enhance efficiency and minimize waste.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL…

• Master/engineer’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• From 0 to 3 Years of experience in warehouse replenishment planning or inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
