Position Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for positioning Nestlé as the trusted supplier of nutritional solutions to pharmacy staff while ensuring a continuous supply and visibility of infant products. You will manage product freshness and communicate with Key Account Managers regarding product status. Additionally, you will establish long-term partnerships with pharmacies through effective staff training and support. Your efforts will contribute to optimal territory management and the continuous development of the client portfolio. 

 

A Day In The Life …

  • Position Nestlé as the trusted supplier of nutritional solutions to pharmacy staff.
  • Ensure a continuous and regular supply, availability, and visibility of Nestlé infant products by guaranteeing a minimum stock according to the pharmacy's potential, avoiding stockouts.
  • Control and ensure the freshness of our products at the visited pharmacies (First Expired, First Out - FEFO).
  • Communicate monthly with Key Account Managers (KAMs) regarding expired, near-expiry, or damaged products detected at pharmacies through the Visicom application.
  • Ensure a schematic understanding of the indications for each product with basic information on their compositions and usage instructions to guarantee correct and safe product preparation.
  • Establish long-term partnerships with pharmacies by maintaining good relationships with their staff (continuous training, updating them on new developments in infant nutrition and the composition of infant products), providing quality service, and handling and following up on complaints with the relevant departments (Quality Service, Consumer Service, etc.).
  • Inform and train pharmacy staff about the WHO code.
  • Ensure optimal coverage and management of the assigned territory according to the tour plan validated by the KAM.
  • Maintain continuous development of the client portfolio through prospecting and recruiting new pharmacies.

 

 

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL…

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a PSR.
  • Bachelor degree in Nutrition, science, Pharma or any other related field.
  • Fluent in French
