Position Summary:
You will provide professional support to enforce the Nestlé Quality Management System requirements throughout all functions of the value chain in order to continuously improve in the pursuit of zero defect. Specialists are competent in one of the following disciplines: systems/NQMS, food safety/HACCP, auditing, hygiene, pest control, product quality, packaging, chemistry, microbiology, sensory or net weight content.
A Day in The Life …
- Promote quality awareness across the company; contribute to the development of competence of quality professionals across the organization to develop the level of contribution of each subordinate and improve their performance.
- Define and update the specific quality procedures, instruction and tools which are directly related to their area of concern to ensure high level of quality in using the designed system.
- Support Nestlé Continuous Excellence program in the quest for zero defect, including root cause analysis after incidents (or near misses), DMAIC to continuously improve Nestle Quality according to its standards.
- Support the delivery of training for their specific areas of concern to the required operating units to ensure the full comprehending of Nestle Guidelines and standards.
- In their specific area of competence, assess that the Quality Management System is in place, and is obtaining expected results in a given operating unit.
- Update new QMS criterias.
- Elaborate and update SHE risks studies as per defined procedures.
- Ensure any other task with the same nature.
- Coordinate Supplier Audits in the Cluster.
What will make you successful…
- Master/Engineering degree in Quality Management.
- 1 to 3 years of Experience in Quality Management
- Previons experience in implementing quality assurance programs
