POSITION SUMMARY

Lead on NPP Grocery portfolio geo-expansion & route to market changes planning and execution, as well as managing the grocery distributors across NWA cluster

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Responsible for delivering sustainable accretive growth across all grocery distributors in NWA

  • Manage Morocco business, tunisia distributor and the expansion within NWA cluster

  • Manage ICP process for grocery distributors and construct channel and customer plans for the different agents.

  • Responsible of meeting the agreed commercial targets KPIS to deliver sustainable business growth

  • Lead on monthly business review cycle with the distributors to ensure business KPIs are being delivered as planned

  • Develop distributors capabilities to enable an accelerated sustainable growth

  • Ensure distributor adherence and compliance to Nestle's policies and WOW

  • Manage the monthly demand planning cycle with distributor and DSP team, to align on the supply plan to enable the delivery of the full year outlook

  • Manage PFME & TTS distributors budget in alignemnet with ICP agreed targets

  • Lead on Geo-expansion planning and execution

  • Build Geo-expansion analysis to identify size of opportunity and optimum expansion approach

  • Identify route to market model and team structure & set-up the distributor's governance

  • Establish contractual agreement and system set-up with the distributor

  • Identify the best fit portfolio for the country and decide on pricing strategy based on MENA pricing guidance as well as market/competitor analysis.

  • Manage the ICP process in NWA

  • Set and create promotion calendar for the cluster, NiM & Distributors

  • Lead on shopper research, BTL activations, POS, MSL and distribution targets

  • Cascade the brand plans within the cluster and tailor the activities to achieve desired growth

 

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESFUL

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and CDT; preferably distributor management background.

  • Good proficiency in English, both written and spoken

  • Solid Understanding in Brand Experience
