Position Summary
In this position, you are responsible for leading the digitalization agenda across all sales channels, helping field team to work properly with automated tools and timely reporting, and supporting internal function with the right visibility to support the decision-making process and target achievement.
A day in the life of...
- Own the sales systems and be the main Point Of Contact for all sales information systems related requests (Masterdata management, Price and Promotion setting,..)
- Ensure the periodic reporting (Daily,monthly…) for Sell-out, Sell-in, Stocks, Execution & Qualitative KPIs
- Support field team (Sales Supervisors, Distributors system admins, salesforce,..) for smooth field operations
- Supervise the hardware fleet (HHTs, Printers,..) for a flawless usage
- Ensure adequate training for sales teams & distributors system admins of the right usage of sales systems provided by Nestle
- Contribute to ad-hoc and special analysis of different sales trends
- Be the project lead with regional teams (India, Egypt, Dubai,..) for development and innovation projects
- Be a force for proposition towards a fully digital and automated sales operations
- Create & Update Master data (Customers, Articles, Price Lists, Roles, Profiles )
- Calculate and optimize salesforce incentives
What will make you successful
- Business School or Engineering degree in IT.
- Years of experience (2 – 4 years) required.
- High curiosity for innovative digital solutions
- Mastering Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerBi, PowerPoint, Access,…)
- Preferred Experience in SAP
- Good communication skills (French, English, Arabic)
