We're currently Recruiting an E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible to manage entire online technology platforms & channels (ECommerce, Mobile Applications, eRetailers...etc) in terms of change requests & incidents by coordinating with Nestlé Nespresso IT Teams & external technology partners.

A day in the life of...

  • Lead the day-to-day technology back-end management of digital boutiques, both owned Digital Boutiques 
  • Act as the eCommerce representative in all global and local projects' definition and planning initiatives to ensure the efficacy and consistency of all experiences delivered on digital boutiques.
  • Ensure full alignment and effective activity planning with the identified eCommerce stakeholders in all relevant market's teams..
  • Ensure a seamless experience and optimized purchasing path from call-to-actions to landing pages
  • Manage the eCommerce Project Porfolio and cascade actions to the eCommerce Merchandising coordinators, ensuring proper project management to cover in time and quality all project's aspects.
  • Define, Plan & Activate eMerchandising activities through cross-sell, up-sell & eCRM possible strategies
  • Plan resources according to required Market Acceptance Tests (both front-end and back-end) in coordination with HQ E-Com stakeholders in Laussane and Barcelona  for all digital boutiques as per OP plan. 
  • Coordinate and manage delivery of digital projects, leveraging & supporting external agencies to ensure timely delivery and quality of digital assets while aligning closely with technical & brand guidelines.
  • Monitor the yearly plan execution in cooperation with local and HQ eCommerce teams including campaigns integration, new features implementation and platform roll-out
  • Participate in the roll-out of new personalized user experience in cooperation with CRM and eBusiness team.
  • Share best practise, monitor local competitive solutions and participate in the definition of tomorrow’s next generations of eCommerce solutions.
  • Monitor local eCommerce market's standards and innovations to ensure our eCommerce Channel is at or exceeds the best customer experiences. 
  • Build recommendations / business case studies to feedback and influence the HQ eCommerce roadmap evolution. 

What will make you successful

  • University degree in Business or Technology

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in webmastering / eCommerce platforms management (including mobile).  

  • Project Management (PM Certification a plus) and strong commercial acumen

  • Strong experience in Website running (Content Management, Merchandising,  A/B testing & personalization)  

  • Experience in SEO optimization a plus with support of Digital Marketing.

  • Good Knowledge of Web Analytics.

  • Knowledge in HTML, CSS, Javascript, experience across multiple CMS & photoshop tools.

  • Proven experience in working and influencing people, teams/functions not in direct reporting line.

  • Google Analytics Certification is a plus.
