POSITION SUMMARY

As Factory (Dry snacks & Wet) Education and Training (E&T) and Leadership Development (LDv) Manager you will be responsible to sustain Total Performance Management (TPM) deployment and competences in Purina factories to deliver the Purina Operations Roadmap, leveraging the E&T and LDv methodology. You will also be responsible for standardization and roll-out of Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) E&T initiatives across Purina Factories and related Operations Teams on common priorities between Factory and Centre for Operations Excellence (COE) Teams.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Ensure the proper governance and training of the Factory E&T and LDv Pillars to sustain the deployment of NCE-TPM across Purina factories according to the NCE Maturity Roadmap, aligned between Divisonal Technical Directors and the ME Team with the Factories, in oder to deliver the Operations Roadmap .
• Coordinate the implementation and leverage the use of digital tools to facilitate Competence Management and Labor Planning in Factories       
• Develop Leadership Development practices at Executive Committee (EC) and Local Leadership Teams (LLT) level to increase level of competencies and ownership of employees
• Develop and implement E&T and LDv training, coaching and assessment strategy and framework
• Deliver appropriate training and coaching to transfer E&T and LDv knowledge
• Perform regular E&T and LDv assessment to ensure the correct application of methods, coaching and knowledge sharing
• Monitor performances of the E&T and LDv Pillars leaders and teams

ARE YOU A FIT?

• University Degree education
• Proven successful experience in one of the following areas: E&T and LDv implementation & experience in Total Performance Management (TPM) in an international and complex environment
  • Manufacturing leadership role, e.g. Shift Leader or Functional Manager
  • Previous management experience, having successfully led and developed cross-functional teams
• Good interpersonal and coaching skills, working with people through people 
• Experience with digital tools for competency and team management
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Fluent in English - any other language is a plus
