Lead, Inspire and Brew Excellence

As a Coffee Expert, you’ll work as part of the Boutique leadership team and inspire our people and customers to think about what’s in their cup. Share your expertise and passion for coffee and developing others. Provide valuable training and knowledge that will enable us to deliver engaging and memorable experiences in the Boutique that deliver on the Nespresso brand promise.   

This role follows a Full-Time 2 week rotating roster including alternate weekend, late night trading and keyholder responsibilities.  

How You’ll Shape the Boutique Coffee Experience 

• Plan, deliver, and review coffee training for team members and host engaging and memorable customer masterclasses. 

• Lead coffee launches and tasting experiences, ensuring Nespresso standards are upheld. 

• Act as the boutique coffee expert, maintaining team knowledge and sharing your passion with customers. 

• Introduce and educate customers on Nespresso products and coffee culture to create meaningful experiences. 

• Support daily boutique operations, including keyholder opening and closing responsibilities. 

Bring Your Best 

• Passion for coffee and customer experience 

• Experience in retail or hospitality environments 

• Confidence in delivering training sessions or workshops 

• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills. 

• Ability to lead by example and inspire your team. 

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced boutique environment 

• Flexibility to support boutique operations, including keyholder responsibilities.
