About the Role
We are looking for a Senior HR Manager - Branch to lead the end-to-end people agenda for a branch workforce, partnering closely with business leaders to drive talent, performance, engagement, and workforce effectiveness. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the branch has the right people, capabilities, and organizational readiness to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with branch leadership to drive business-aligned people strategies and HR initiatives.
- Lead branch recruitment delivery, ensuring quality hiring, effective stakeholder management, and seamless onboarding of new employees.
- Govern and execute key people processes including goal setting, performance management, talent reviews, promotions, succession planning, and learning initiatives.
- Drive workforce planning and talent pipeline initiatives to ensure timely availability of critical talent.
- Support leadership development and capability-building programs to strengthen organizational effectiveness and succession readiness.
- Partner with managers to enhance employee engagement, development, and overall employee experience.
- Enable successful implementation of HR policies, programs, and change initiatives across the branch.
- Leverage people insights and HR data to support informed business decisions and improve workforce outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with HR Centers of Excellence, shared services teams, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated HR solutions.
Experience, Skills & Education Qualification
Experience
- 2 to 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
- Experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Centre of Excellence role.
- Strong understanding of core HR processes including talent acquisition, performance management, talent development, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
- Experience partnering with business leaders and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Exposure to commercial or branch HR environments will be an advantage.
Skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to align people strategies with business priorities.
- Expertise in talent management, succession planning, capability building, and performance management.
- Knowledge of organization design, job evaluation, workforce planning, and resource optimization.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive change, and build organizational capability.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from HR data and metrics.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and coaching skills.
- High level of ownership, execution excellence, and process discipline.
Education Qualification
- MBA/Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional HR certifications will be an added advantage.
