This role follows a Full-Time rotating roster with a mix of late-night trading shifts and alternate weekends. 

What you’ll do:  

• Welcome customers and share your passion for coffee. 
• Create meaningful connections by offering standout service and product knowledge. 
• Keep the boutique buzzing—support the team and ensure smooth operations. 
• Drive high-impact sales using digital tools and POS systems. 
• Engage customers with tastings, memberships, and your coffee expertise. 
• Be on the supported growth plan to grow your coffee expertise and boutique operations knowledge and experience

What we’re looking for: 

• A coffee lover with previous retail and/or hospitality experience.  
• A people person who loves creating memorable customer moments and supporting team members 
• Someone who takes pride in presentation and professionalism.  
• Passionate about making a positive impact for people and planet in a B Corp certified setting.
