A day in the life of Marketing & Medical Trainee Nutrition:

• Support the Brand Manager and Medical Team with the necessary tasks to successfully perform the marketing activities; 
• Responsible for timely coordination of PRs (Purchase Request), POs (Purchase Orders) and GRs (Goods Receipts);              
• Creating and delivering reports for respective categories (sales, competitors analysis, market shares, SOV (Share of voice), etc.);                            
• Supports the sticker preparation process (working in Stickering Tool, communicating with Logistics, RSA, Quality and Warehouse); 
• Elaborates technical specifications and instructions for the warehouse regarding the stickering process;
• Follow up on the stickering cost and inform about the sticker stocks;
• Support for the preparation of communication campaigns; 
• Organize the necessary medical materials/ leaflets for the medical team in the field and for medical events;
• Product management: sampling; requests/outputs/deliveries; stock verification. 

What will make you successful:

• You are a student or recent graduate;
• You have good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken;
• You are an advanced Microsoft Office pack user;
• You have strong communication skills and a willingness to work in an international team environment;
• You are a good multitasker and pay attention to details in the performance of your daily activities.
